Our Story
Nirup Jayanth - the founder of this endeavour has a 20 year career working with multinational consultancies based out of the US and Singapore all through his career - from leading the international expansion of his first employer into India within just 3 years of joining them to helping a leading partner of world reknowned architecture firm set up shop in India soon after to build India's first private smart city before even the term was coined. Nirup Jayanth has spearheaded the idea of sustainable urban development throughout his career in the US and India.
He has served as the courtry head for Surbana Jurong Group's Industrial planning and Building Consultancy arm Jurong Consultants India Pvt. Ltd. as a Country Head and later Director during his 11 year tenure with many group companies under their umbrella.
He has led teams across verticals from Urban Development, Urban Infrastructure, Building Consultancy, Water Supply, Urban Transportation, Energy Transition with a focus on Industrial Development through his career and brings a wide range of expertise to help curate the most appropriate development solution for any given location. Having worked across 11 countries and over 20 states in India, his global and national experice brings a balanced view of the operational challenges and client expectations to be met across a wide range of conditions, making him and his network of experts and teams a very strong partner for any new endeavour.
